When booking an appointment at Chloe Brows, you will be required to pay a booking fee in order to secure your appointment. We understand clients occasionally need to reschedule or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do this, we kindly ask for 72 hours notice. Failure to do this will forfeit your rights to using your booking fee towards a new appointment. Chloe Brows reserves the right to charge 50% of the appointment cost as a cancellation fee if appointments are cancelled in less than 48 hours. No shows will not be re booked. Booking Fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE to another service.

Clients who are booked in for an Ombre Brow complimentary top up must give at least 48 hours notice should they need to change their booking. Failure to notify will forfeit the complimentary session. Please note that top ups must be booked no later than 6-8 weeks after your first appointment. Failure to do this will result in an additional top up charge of £75. It is the client’s responsibility to book this in advance. Please book this at least 4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. If clients have any concerns regarding their Ombre Brow results, they must notify Chloe no later than 6 weeks post top up appointment. Any concerns raised after this time frame forfeit your rights to receiving any additional work free of charge.

If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will automatically forfeit your appointment as well as your booking fee. Please ensure sure you are not late to your appointment. Please note - arriving 5-10 minutes late will mean this time is lost off your booked appointment. As a result of this, Chloe cannot take as much time and care on you as she would like, therefore, your treatment/s will be rushed. Please allow yourself enough time to get to your appointment and plan ahead.
Patch tests are required for ALL services at Chloe Brows except from brow waxing alone. This is the client’s responsibility to book this for at least 48 hours prior to the booked appointment. Chloe will not chase clients up to get this booked. Appointments will not go ahead without patch tests. A new patch test is required for each service as each product used contains different ingredients.
Chloe Brows has a strict no child policy. Please make sure you find childcare to avoid being turned away at your appointment.
